Thanks for a terrific conference. You did a wonderful job!

I am honoured and very happy have become part fo the scientific committee. I forgot to mention in my proposal for Trieste as host for a future Pseudomonas conference, that I can immediately secure a 20,000 Euro sponsorship from my Institution (ICGEB) and most probably also 10,000 Euro from the Italian Cystic Fibrosis Research Foundation. In addition, my Institution has a conference office with 3-staff who have considerable experience as they organise several conferences/workshops/conferences very year.

Without any exaggeration, I honestly had a wonderful experience and my sincere thanks to you.  I found everyone in the conference other than me, highly experienced.

Yet, you gave me this opportunity and many professors at conference encouraged me and gave their suggestions to move forward.  To be honest, I was scared to attend the conference by myself as I had no previous exposure to an international forum. But felt very comfortable and peaceful at the conference. During poster session, I had visitors throughout the allocated time which made me satisfied and happy.

Almost all the members of local organizing committee were caring and affectionate towards me and Mrs. Shamira kindly treated me like her daughter.

Thank you for organising such a really great meeting – I thoroughly enjoyed it, and I know that everyone else did too. I met some great new colleagues and put on a few kilos too – the sign of having had a genuinely excellent Malaysian welcome! Once again, so many thanks for your efforts – everybody appreciated them.

I wanted to reach out to you to thank you for the invitation to present at the Pseudomonas meeting and for the wonderful introduction to Malaysia. I had a magnificent time, both professionally and personally, and I am looking forward to time when my daughter is old enough for us to take her there for a vacation.

It is only fair to say that the meeting was a great success; you and your collaborators did an extraordinary job and everything was running very smoothly. I very much enjoyed the communications, which were of an amazing high quality and, although the program was very tight with long hours, were also very enjoyable. The Pullman Hotel was superb, and accommodation and food was perfect; I am amazed that we were having coffee and food all the time. I was mesmerized by the amount and types of food we got; being the first time for me in Asia, it has been an amazing experience. Of course, I enjoyed the tour very much, which helped me to appreciate your country. Please, transmit my congratulations to all your collaborators; they all were very friendly, kind and helpful. I was very lucky to be able to talk informally to some of them, and I enjoyed much their friendliness.

Thanks very much again to you and your collaborators for so efficiently organising this meeting and making our stay so pleasant and worthwhile. I hope we can meet again in another conference!

Thank you so much for putting on such a spectacular conference. The hospitality was far better than any conference I’ve been to previously and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole event and my time in Malaysia. Everything was so well put together, the food was delicious, the hotel was fantastic and the attention to detail, down to the beautiful flower decorations on the conference tables, was so impressive. Thank you for all the work you and your team put in to organising everything, I thoroughly enjoyed the conference and everyone has been talking about how special it was!
