Abstracts
Oral Presentations
- The presentations are 20 minutes long plus 5 minutes for discussion.
- Please provide the presentations in USB memory stick.
- Please check your presentations before the session.
Flash Poster Presentations
- These presentations are 90 seconds long and there will be no discussion.
- Please prepare two slides in total with the poster number.
- Provide the slides to the coordinator as soon as you register via USB memory stick.
Posters
- Poster size: 36” (915 mm) (W) X 45” (1144 mm) (H), Portrait Orientation.
- Please make sure the font size is no smaller than 24 so that it can be read from a distance of at least 4 feet.
- Place your poster number on the upper left corner.
- Place an email address of the presenter on the upper right corner.
- Install your posters on the day of registration.
- Be at the poster during the poster sessions.
- Provide two slides for flash presentation of your poster to brandy.olmer@biosci.gatech.edu (the file name should be the abstractnumber_lastname).
